This texts can be seen in the mission "Are you going to San Fierro?". Whilst The Truth and CJ are talking each other,and also going to the Doherty's Garage. The garage wasn't able to enter,only in missions. Then this mod will able you to enter that garage.
This is a cleo mod that ables you to enter the garage at Doherty, where you save your game there and also start missions there.
