Just Clowning About v1.0

This Mod spawns a gang of homicidal clowns who create chaos all
around them by attacking Peds, dragging people from their cars
and killing anyone who fires a gun. No one is safe when they're
around - including the police! The behaviour of these clowns was
created by Rockstar and they carry no weapons.
