More IFP mods I keep finding on my Modloader's folder. Seems like I downloaded this at one point between 2020 and 2021.

So this animation change, what it does, it completely alters the way CJ/the player reloads the dessert eagle, for it to "fit" with custom revolver models, in the images I've offered as a preview, I'm using the Python from GTA Vice City as an example.
