Hats for Peds

Now you can meet people in caps, hats, caps, etc., which will slightly diversify the appearance of pedestrians. The headdress is issued randomly.You can also meet police officers in caps or glasses, and pedestrians in hats only at night or in rainy weather. Adapted only for vanilla character models, it will not work visually correctly on all others.
It goes well with the mods PedFuncs, Original Peds Vary, Busy Pedestrians, Urbanize.
