The ILS [Instrument Lighting System] Concept SF Airport Beta 1

ILS[Instrument Lighting System] is a mod that adds lots of lights to the airport runway.

The purpose of the lights is for helping to guide pilots when they do take off or landings their planes especially at night or on a bad weather condition like foggy or storm.

Asides from that, it's giving the game more lively and colorful at night at the airport.

Currently already done for:
- Los Santos int. airport
- San Fierro int. Airport

Next goal: Las Venturas
