Realistic Car Crashes

This mod makes the player and peds' car crashes more realistic, you can now die from accidents. You will lose life depending on how strong the crash is. This mod was originally made by Nex', I only tweaked the settings and added car explosions at high speed to be more realistic. I also added pain sounds for weak crashes.
