WORKS ON SAMP 0.3DL R1, 0.3.7 R1, 0.3.7 R2, 0.3.7 R3, 0.3.7 R4, and 0.3.7 R5

[!] The feature "CinematicMode" is no longer experimental, and has its own section now.
[+] Mod now supports 0.3DL R1.
[+] HideTextdraw now hides every on-screen element made by the server.

* ImVehFtColorFix, that's right. Car colors above the id of 128 are no longer black.

Requirements:
- CLEO 4
- SAMP 0.3DL R1, 0.3.7 R1, 0.3.7 R2, 0.3.7 R3, 0.3.7 R4, or 0.3.7 R5

Optional:
- Modloader

Installation:
- If you don't have modloader (you should get it, literally almost everyone uses it and it makes installing mods easier)
Open the "SAMP Adjusments" folder, and open the "CLEO" folder.
Move "SAMP Adjustments.cs" and "SAMP Adjustments.ini" into your "cleo" folder.
If done right, there should be a "SAMP Adjustments.cs" and a "SAMP Adjustments.ini" in your "cleo folder".

- If you have modloader
Move the "SAMP Adjustments" folder into your "modloader" folder.
If done right, there should be a "SAMP Adjustments" folder inside your "modloader" folder.
