Advanced Spectating Filterscript (SA-MP)

Player tracking system using an information panel (TextDraw). The panel has two buttons for switching between players. If the player is in a vehicle, the panel is automatically supplemented with information about the vehicle.

When observing, the following characteristics are shown:
- Player nickname
- Player ID
- What weapon is in hand
- How much money the player has on him
- The speed of his movement
- The player's life level
- The player's armor level
- Vehicle name (If the player is in a vehicle)
- Model ID Vehicle (If the player is in a vehicle)
- Vehicle speed (If the player is in a vehicle)
- Vehicle strength level (If the player is in a vehicle)

Commands:
/spec - start following the player
/specoff - stop following the player
