Animated Textures from PS2 for Mobile

Hello everyone!
This modification restores to some models, such as aquariums and televisions in the Wuzi office in the 4 Dragon Casino, walls in the Pleasure Domes club and others texture animation from PS2.

Full list of changes:
- Aquariums and televisions in the Wuzi office at the 4 Dragon Casino now have animation;
- Mountains of money near the Buddha in the 4 Dragon Casino now have a glitter effect;
- The neon wheel near the Buddha in Casino 4 Dragon now has animation;
- The sign near The Visage Hotel now has an animated inscription (you need a mod that restores this sign on the map);
- There is now an animated light on the walls in the Pleasure Domes Club;
- The light from the lanterns in the Pleasure Domes club now has an appearance like on PS2.

Installation: add models from the gta_int and gta3 folders with replacement to gta_int.img and gta3.img, respectively, using the IMG Tool. Transfer textures from the gta_int and gta3 folders to the gta_int and gta3 cache, respectively, using the TXD Tool. Enable camnorm for textures from the gta3 folder.

Attention! The visagesign04.dff model does not have a prelight, which is why I suggest you add camnorm to the textures of this model in order to somehow remove the overlight. If you have the opportunity, I suggest you try to add a prelight to this model without breaking the animation, and if you succeed, be sure to let me know.
