Skin Selector Modloader Support

(THIS MOD IS FOR GTA SAN ANDREAS FOR PC OG)

Instalation

You must have modloader installed for this to work.

Spawning NPCs and editing player outfit and stats has been disabled on the menu to avoid game crashes.
This tool is used only to change player's skin, It's short and simple with modloader.

Choose one of the folders to install:

Skin Selector (n) - Don't have saves. The game will always start with CJ.
Skin Selector (o) - Use the save function of the mod itself. Save the datas in "CLEO\skin_o.sav".
Skin Selector (c) - Use the save function of CLEO. Save the datas in "CLEO\cleo_saves\".

Extract one of these folders to Modloader folder, leaving for example "Modloader\Skin Selector (o)"

Installing new skins

Simply paste the .dff and .txd files of the skin inside the folder "skin.img" inside the mod folder.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE NAMES WITH MORE THAN 7 LETTERS AND DO NOT USE PEDESTRIANS NAMES THAT ALREADY EXIST such as BMYDJ.dff etc., ALWAYS use unique names.



Commands:
Keyboard = First hold down TAB and press C while Holding down TAB
bascially TAB + C

Controller: View Stats + Crouch


If you are having these problems with your San Andreas

If crash using CLEO 4.3 or newer, rename the .cs file to .cs3 and try again.
If crash in game start (after installed and used the mod), delete the file "CLEO\skin_o.sav" (if you use skin_o.cs) or the folder "CLEO\cleo_saves" (if you use skin_c.cs). If you use skin_o.cs and still has not solved, open and read the file "cleo\skin_o\DON'T DELETE.txt"
The game crashes if you spawn too many persons (80?), Open Limit Adjuster will increase this limit
The CJ will buggy if change the clothes, stats etc while with a skin, if bug, simply remove and reput the skin again that will back to normal.
When changing clothes, don't change it too fast or may crash.
