IVWalk Version 2 (Smoother Turning Animation)

This mod makes the turning animation smoother and more similar to HD era GTA, more specifically, GTA IV. CJ and peds will no longer walk like robots, they will now have a delay and slower walk/turn speed like Niko.

New version includes 4.5 speed which is faster than the original as well as a link to download ImprovedMove by Junior_Djjr (which is required to make the animations more similar to GTA IV / GTA V).
