As the name says, it's a project that aims to create a more immerssive world to san andreas when it comes to lights -fake lights in this case and vertex colors- and other details, all this with the goal of being the less intrusive and as simple as possible when it comes to modify the archives of the game.

The project it's on his first phases yet, with time new versions will come, with more buldings and details -i have to make them one by one, it's a lot of work haha-

Just download, and put it on ModLoader.
Wouldn't be compatible with mods that change the same .dff files. ;)
