I Set A Mod Custom Setting To Japan Plate Number Format. (You Can Custom Too. See Readme).
In This Version. I Just Make White Plate With Dark Green Letter (Private Vehicles),
Maybe, In Next Version, Another Colors Plate Like (White Strip and Dark Green / Dark Green and White)
Based On Vehicles Category In Japan Number Plate.

*Feature :
-Random Number and Higarama Will Generate Automatically Like Original Plate SA Style Including NPC and Player Vehicles.
-There Is 3 Prefecture For All Area In GTA SA : Tokyo As San Fierro, Yokohama As Los Santos, Osaka As Las Ventures.
-Fake LED Glow Effect When Night.
-Support Origanal Vehicles Or Modded (Must carback and carplate)

*Installation :
Make Sure Your GTA SA Has Installed Imvehft and Asi Loader. And Move "CustomPlateFormat" By Deji to your Game Directory.
Then, Move A File To Imvehft Folder (For My Japan Plate Mod). Also My Custom Setting For Deji ASI Mod.

*Known Bugs :
When A Night, Los Santos License Plate Changes To San Fierro Night Plate_-
