This is Renegade GDI ion cannon Beacon _GS-2 beacon_
it request an ion cannon strike
at its deployed location allowed the ion cannon to deliver a strike directly
on the beacon from Laser satellite
if you so close to it cj will die if you near cj lose half health
You will find it at ocean docks or area 69 ,Easter Bay Chemicals
you can set custom location in ION.ini
after you pick it up Press ( i ) on keyboard to place the ion
