the best 2017 F150 Raptor for SA now also on mobile.

= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= now supports 2 colors (car body and wheels)
= reflection amount of some parts decreased, now looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed wheel reflection
= added the vehicle template
= unique texture names
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
