This mod is the next version of the Addons Madness (Weapon) V1.0 Mod. In this mod, there's a total of 70 (77 with the Hitman Master Wapon) Custom Weapon with each of those have different weapon data. There's also 27 Custom Vehicle with it's own unique handling. You could get the weapon by either spawning it, buying it by typing certain codes, or find it across the whole map. For the Custom Vehicle, you could get it by spawning it or find it across the whole san andreas's road. There's also a lot of unique feature for the Custom Weapon as well as for the Custom Vehicle like upgrading normal weapon to a hitman master weapon, shield that could make the nearest vehicle have AP, and many other things.
