GTA SA New added VC Weapons

Added new GTA VC weapons to GTA San Andreas.

[Attention]!
- This cleo mod is not mine, i-reuploaded it and made into an [English Version] because this mod was made in [Russian Version], the reason why i-reuploaded this cleo mod, because its very hard to find especially the name was russian. So please keep this mod for those who can understand in english only.

- This weapons cannot be replacement as a TXD files or DFF files, but adding them as a new weapons in your GTA3.img,
unfortunetly you cannot find this weapons in different location area, only the cheat code can works.

[Bugs]!
- Remember this cleo mod still have a bug but don't worry the game won't crash and other guns are still working as well. Some of the guns has missing icons and some of the guns cannot be used.
Here's some bugs can be existed in the game:

- The Uzi weapon has a bug where after killing the peds they will start to do the drowned animation.
- MP5K this weapon can be picked up but sadly has a missing code where u cannot use it as a weapon.(Lets hope that someone will help this mod to encode its missing programs.)
- Scorpion weapon has a bug that shooting the peds on the head won't not be 1 hit or instant kill.
- This weapons cannot shot the gas tank to exploade weapons.

I also add some new abilities for the new guns after reaching the max weapon skill.

SMG's

Mac(VC)
- Increase its own accuracy and its damage.
Uzi(VC)
- Increase its damage and better accuracy
Skorpion(VC)
- Increase its damage and greater accuracy

PISTOL's

Python(Revolver VC)
- Shooting while aiming will increase Cj's sneak. Increase it's accuracy into greater and increase the damage to vehicles.
Glock17(VC)
- When crouching increase its own shooting rate speed. Increase it's accuracy and damage.
Berreta
- Increase it's accuracy and it's damage.
AutoMag(VC)
- the range of the pistol has been increased and its damage to vehicles.
