Underwater - Bullets Cant Hit You!

Sup guys, i had an idea for another simple mod.

Water slows down bullets much more than air. If you watch a video where someone tries to shoot through water, you will see that even with a very powerful gun and a very dynamic bullet, it will only go a short distance and then stop. It has always bothered me that you cant avoid the bullets that cops are shooting at you by diving underwater. Now you can. If you dive deep enough, you will be immune to bullets.
