Slow Motion / Bullet Time - 2 levels

Hello, i have another simple mod for you. Its my take on the classic bullet time mod. There are two levels of slow down. Press the key (default is 1 on the top row) and you will get 0.5 gamespeed, or hold for 0.25. Once in bullet time, you can switch between 0.5 and 0.25 by holding the key. To return to normal speed, press the key shortly.

This time the ini is also the readme. You can configure the key and whether you want to use the sound effect.
