what does this mod do is very simple, it just restores the beta wmymech which he can be only found in the cutscenes files and make him appears in freeroam
as bouns: i added the unused heck1 and heck2 to lv but they don't have a working voice tho (i tried to add a voice for them but i didn't work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
