GTA SA IV Carjacking Camera Style

I make this mod for myself but i wanted to share it with everybody to enjoy it.

This mod adds a new realistic features make your game much better than before. Now when you steal a car, the camera goes into the management of the game, in a manner similar to what it was in GTA IV. Camera settings are always different.
