This Cleo Script which allowed you to play with Gta 5 Kill Flash Effect.

The Original based of the mod .cs is PB kill Effect by xoxo_modder from gtaind & GTAinside. samontik25 and I just make some changes of his source.
I made new texture effect.
I added Blur on explosion(blur while shaking) by Link2012 for more excitement.
I added Motion blur advanced by alexander blade with my settings for better experience.
