Spawn Gangs Mod v3.0 (PC & Android)

New version of the spawn gangs mod, now you can manually change the weapons the gangs will have, using an .ini file included in the cleo folder, so now you won't spawn gangs with the same weapons over and over. It's easy to create chaos, imagine if all of them get rocket launchers.
