May 2021 update
Documentation with the memory address says that 13 is for radio off but setting by the opcode 11 turns the radio off.. Previously the script was always set to 12 and although the radio was simulated to be turned off I notice that it is actual the User Track Player that it was toggled to.. In light of this i decided to give option just in case so the user can customize what station to set whenever the mod takes effect so by and by the mod ends up being better in any case.
================================
Fix for a minor issue where the station might not get switched off upon introduction of the ask for radio station opcode.. Not sure but there does seems to be a problem with the ask for radio station opcode itself after wrecking a vehicle in a certain sequence...
Switching vehicles otherwise seem alright and the script does take the right route if the car is wrecked, but the problem went like this.. enter car 1, exit car 1, enter car 2, exit car 2, wreck car 2 then enter car 3... that seem to be where the problem exists.. I didn't check any less nor further, i just removed the opcode and used another way to get the required operation so the problem exist not anymore, at least not in the operation of the script.

Can now be controlled through an ini file to set if should be enabled or not
You can also now press a+d to enable or disable the operation of the mod, while in the game
Got tired of the radio always needing to be switched off so i made this.. It switches the radio OFF automatically once you enter the vehicle. You can still switch the radio back ON if you want. If you then exit and re-enter the vehicle the radio will still be ON.
Well, i guess the good thing about being able to modify the game is if something isn't the way you want it you can possibly change it to be whatever you want, lol
Maybe you might find this useful to add in your game |
