Fixed Original Timecycle Colours 1.2

A Timecycle that corrects only the cyan sky colours to make San Andreas more like planet earth. Obviously, sometimes there will be some cyan colours because in the real world they are present. But the overdone cyan atmosphere will no longer be a thing. I have seen many timecycle upgrades and fixes, but have never seen a cyan colours hue adjusted standalone.

· Added softer version.
· Further refined glaring lower sky colours.
· Corrected sky colours.
· Fixed odd over-saturated blues during foggy weather.
· Removed blood red skies from some rainy weather.
