Better/Balanced Weapons

This 'balances' weapons in GTA San Andreas to be more 'realistic'
Also this changes the prices of weapons in ammunation to give more ammo for a bit more price (to speed up buying ammo)

There is a little bonus that enables sprinting in all interiors



All original and modified files are in one zip file so incase you mess up and lose the original .dat file you can get them here :D
