If you walk into the subway station, you'll see the ruins, big city, 3-in-one map plus interiors, there's danceclub and ordering foods. You can make DYOM missions in this map, but press 1 + INSERT to go to big world, or go to grove street where the tank spawns if you see a marker go to it.
