This mod breaks the aerial boundary that restricts aircrafts from gaining higher altitude. Players can also fly their aircrafts in the Hidden Interior Universe with the assistance of vehicle spawning scripts. The images that are shown below are set in the Hidden Interior Universe, and such places - parts of Liberty City and the Hotring/8-Track stadium - are located at a high altitude which makes it impossible to fly aircrafts; because of the height restriction. This is not my mod. It was given to me by a user in GTA Forums that registered with the username China•XMDS.
