Open your GTA San Andreas folder where ever you installed it. Open the data folder then open the maps folder then open the LA folder and replace your current LAn.IPL and LAn with the ones in the zip also since this is my first Map edit encase those are the wrong files Open the folder in the zip called Just encase and replace your current LA folder with the LA folder in the Just encase folder.

you shouldnt have no crashes I'm running this on windows xp smoothly.
