New city, and with peds! This map in reality is exactly what kerorin capital should have been xD, 2dfx, peds, cars, night lights, etc...
Why it has Ex in the name? well, it means expanded, because the original model by しろ is not a complete island, so i completed it by putting a lot of stuff. For more detailed info about the map, look at my post on my blog: Utagawa Machi Ex blog post

Modloader
Open Limit Adjuster
Fastman92limitadjuster

-- INSTALLATION --

Overwrite your " fastman92limitAdjuster_GTASA.ini " with my one from this mod
Move " UtagawaEX " folder into your modloader folder
And then play the game, all done!

You can either enter the map by a cheat code " utag " or by going into the entrance shown in the image " LOCATION.png "

If you want a simpler version that doesn't require the Fastman92limitadjuster you can have it by downloading an alternative version at my blog, it doesn't have peds though.
