It was created in MTA then converted to GTA SA for cleo scripts the Saints Row Crunch is there at the street, you can explore but this map is almost explore-able with surrounded buildings, there's few cars, there's interiors but no teleport yet, if you want to see interiors use airbreak if you have one. This map is pretty much similiar to the original game as if I remember other cities but I haven't play Saints Row 1 for 7 years.
