Okay, I'll discribe some bugs that i've seen on your video.

1. Awfull trunkspace and doorsills.
2. Not realistic damages(IMO).
3. When car is damaged, fire and smoke goes not from engine, it goes from boot.
4. Also, you should adapt it not for ELM, but for IVF 2.1.1(it has custom Emergency Lights System)
5. And also not so good interior re-texture(very big mapping size), and no mip-maps...
6. Not good specular settings.
One good thing - is not so heavy-weight DFF and TXD - thats why I vote 7/10.
