This is a Lore-friendly themed of HD Liveries based loosely on vintage '80s & '90s cargo trailer which replaces with either San Andreas' lore friendly companies, or "downgrading" the modern logos, in favor of vintage styled-ones; in order to keep the consistency in between the shops, factories & restaurants around the game, with the trailer suppliers, specially if you want to keep certain ads to the '90s aesthetic of the vanilla game, while upgrading the game with the HD style vehicles.
