LCPD Zartex

Zartex from Driver Parallel Lines as a LCPD vehicle.
-Has collision
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.
-No need to edited carcols.dat
I have not made this mod, I've simply retextured it.
I have also resized the textures to a much smaller size, if you want the original sized textures, you can comment regarding this.
