RC Vehicles 2024

Approximately 10 years after my initial release, and over a year (and a half) of starting out this particular version, I present you with RC Vehicle pack "2024" edition.

Unlike any other version before, this one uses VehFuncs features. Therefore you absolutely NEED to have it up & working before you install this mod.

Sadly, there won't be a RC Baron replacement in this one, as I've decided to focus primarily on cars, trucks & two of the choppers. Speaking of which, the whole pack is consisted of 5 replacements - RC Jester (RC Bandit), RC Turismo (RC Cam), RC San News Maverick (RC Raider & RC Goblin), and RC Swat Tank (RC Tiger)

The amount of "Extras" on RC Jester is just ridiculous! There are three different body types available (standard Jester, Alien Bodykit & X-Flow Bodykit). But each and every one of these can spawn in either of the three versions - color compatible (only the standard one), OR one of the three Jester paintjobs, which are available for all 4 body styles. As if that wasn't enough, the car can spawn with or without one of the three Nitro (NOS) bottles, making a huge variety of extras & possible outcomes.

Turismo & Mavericks are more modest... Turismo is available in two versions (white, non-carcol compatible OR painted, in one of the standard colors) and with or without NOS Nitro bottles. Mavericks are somewhat more complex. They have 3 different glass types (black plastic one, metal-like glossy & painted one), 2 possible tags (either RC Raider/Goblin on both sides or tail numbers & letters) and 3 possible paint schemes.

SWAT Tank is probably the simplest one of all, with only few paint schemes & nothing else. That being said, I did notice an issue ... I guess you could call it a bug when loading RC SWAT tank through Mod Loader, which doesn't seem to be the case when replacing the original model the old-fashioned way, causing the wheels to either get extremely small OR slightly oversized but very thin.
