When boredom strikes and end up with this one. :v
It was supposed to release last 2019 but I find more ideas so I research and learned about CLEO. Credits to 22ndTG, GTV_5000 and the others for the source of CLEO. There is one more Idea and its from Ryosuke. The Guided Missile from MGS Ray and REX but I give up on that so anyway here it is.

How to install
• This car mod is replace to Dumper.
• Install manually or Automatically of the DFF and TXD.
(Use GGMM or IMG Manager for manual replace or Use ModLoader Instead)
• Install manually or Automatically of the Handling.
(Located in data: Handling.cfg, Vehicle.ide or use ModLoader Instead)
• Drag and Drop the CLEO folder into GTA San Andreas Folder.
• It is recommend to install IMVEHFT and VehFuncs to work properly otherwise it will not work the other parts.
