You have to be patient, guys! OpenIV is already working on decrypting the rpf format and these guys recently released a import/export script for Max Payne 3 which is pretty similar to the GTA V engine.

the mods for gta v is provided by rockstar game officially i guess

What brings you to the conclusion that there will be no mods? There is not one word about modding on this page here. I'm sure that there will be a huge GTA 5 modding scene. It's just a matter of time ...

After installing the retail version we need to download additional 5gb. Rockstar Games' servers are completely melting down ... I only got 20kb/sec ... it will takes days to download these 5gb :C

thats true, this game look hard in the beginning. the game running in 64bit and it 60gb size, need high pc class to play 60fps, maybe after 5 years or more this gta v will unlocked for modded i think

I think I have less local disk c 298 gb 60 gb I am releasing in too many damned gta 5 gb is less but I have intel core 2 duo processor with nvidia geforce and 3 gb ram

Bad news for the cheap or broke arses, rumour has it that the game uses Denuvo DRM protection which is tough and might take a while to be cracked. So, there's a chance that pirates won't be able to play it on day one, or week one, or month one... Furthermore, this Denuvo protection will damage and shorten your SSD's lifetime due to excessive data writing. The protection system will also negatively impact overall performance. Oooh, conspiracy.
