This mod basically adds a new bumpmap and replace the water with 11k
water for a nice blueish HQ Water.


Installation
------------


1.Run Open IV
2.Click On edit mode
3. go to x64a/textures replace or drag and drop the water.ytd which i provided
4.drag and drop the watertune.xlm in updat/update.rpf/common/data
5.Click on edit mode again close the Open IV

Note: this is v 1.4 so the one which is on gta5-mods.com is different
