New sound for Heavy Sniper (original Barrett .50 caliber)

Installation:
Go in OpenIV to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf\
and drag "snp_heavy.oac" file to this directory

Remember enable Edit mode. Do not forget to make a backup
