FOR THOSE USING MY PEDS....
Here is a GAMECONFIG to able to use more caped peds and cars.

INSTALLATION:
1. Use ONLY Gameconfig used in:
UPDATE/UPDATE.RPF/COMMON/DATA

2. Use OpenIV (make sure Edit mode is checked),

3. Delete the current Gameconfig and replace it with this version of Gameconfig.xml
