Story:
It's been 7 months since he left Los Santos, but now it's time to be in there.
Carlos a young afro-american male former leader of Rock hood gang gets back to Los santos, to bring his gang's old glory and to take back what they've lost. He meets up with some familiar faces he lost contact with.
