Here it is the new additonal skyscraper in Los santos Mirror Park.

Instructions:
Place the file into GTAV > menyooStuff > Spooner.

Press F8 to open menyoo trainer then go to object spooner > manage saved files > MIRROR PARK OFFICE TOWERS.xml > load placements.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for the incredible support you've given me throughout my modding journey. This project will be my final release, and while it's bittersweet, I feel fulfilled knowing that I've been able to contribute to the amazing GTA 5 modding community. Modding has been a labor of love, a creative outlet where I've been able to share my passion with you all. Every idea, every late-night session, every problem solved—it's all been worth it, thanks to the encouragement and support from people like you.

It’s not just about the mods themselves, but the community we’ve built around them. I’ve learned a lot, met some incredible people, and felt the impact of this shared passion. This journey has helped me grow in ways I never expected, and for that, I am sincerely grateful.

Though this is my last project, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you who downloaded, played, commented, and supported my work over the years. You've inspired me to keep pushing my limits and have made this experience truly unforgettable. While I may be stepping away from modding, the memories and connections will always remain.
