1) extract the rar file "shark fish are died by shivanshu singh"

2) copy the XML file "shark fish are died by shivanshu singh"

3) open your GTA V main folder

4) you have to go in folder named menyooStuff/Spooner

5) and paste the xml file in this Spooner
