This mod will replace Franklin's car, the buffalo2 [Buffalo S]. Feel free to send me an add-on version and I will include it and credit you. This is only the first version, later iterations will include the list of plans and fixes listed below.

Manual Installation instructions:

Extract all of the mod files to a specific folder
Run OpenIV
place the yft and ytd files into mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

When doing the manual install, be sure to backup your files. I can not be held responsible if anything breaks!
