First you have to download the Honda Civic car mod by YCA-y97y

Installation:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Navigate to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. Open blista2.ytd
4. Replace ek9_sign_1 with my file
