INSTALLATION:
For model,
Run OpenIV click "Edit mode" extract the files u have downloaded.
Drag and drop files "surano.ytf", "surano_hi.ytf" and "surano.ytd" to: "x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf".


For mod kits,
Drag and drop file "surano_mods.rpf" to: "x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\vehiclemods" .


For Liveries to work,
Edit "vehicles.meta" using notepad search for "surano" modelName scroll down until u find "" add this line "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY and save. Import it back to its location "update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta".
