How To Install:
A: Replace method:
1: Extract 1998FordCrownVictoriaCivilianSedanV2.rar. In replace folder, put those 4 washington files into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

B: Add-on method:
1: Extract 1998FordCrownVictoriaCivilianSedanV2.rar. In the Add-On folder, put 98crownvic folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\

2: Use OpenIV extract Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Then use Notepad++ to open it, then add a new line:

dlcpacks:\98crownvic\

Save it and use OpenIV replace in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

3: Spawn model name: 98crownvic
