**Install**
1- by using open iv go to
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
and edit dlclist.xml then add this line
dlcpacks:\lamboo\

2-put lamboo folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

to get vehicle in game use any trainer (example simple trainer) and search by write lamboo.
