Installation:
1) Put "opastra" folder to "?:\??????\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
2) Add this line in the "dlclist.xml" file located in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\"
dlcpacks:\opastra\

Spawn the vehicle with mod menu by typing: opastra
