X:\Grand Theft Auto V\

(2)Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

then use notepad open it,add new line.

dlcpacks:\bmws19\


Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
